To unsubscribe from SMS updates from your hub a recipient can opt-out simply by replying to any update with any of the following STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.
Previously, when this happened, there was no way for the hub owner to know this person had cancelled their subscription and might have led to confusion if the subscriber had forgotten that they cancelled the subscription.
To help you quickly identify subscribers who have cancelled their subscription we will highlight them using this red colour.
After a subscriber has cancelled their subscription, StatusHub will still try to send SMS to this recipient in case they have opted back in for notifications but will not deduct SMS from SMS quote if subscriber is still opted-out
