Okta, as a SAML 2.0 IdP service can be connected to the StatusHub Control Panel.

In StatusHub Control Panel
Please Note: You have to be the owner of the account in order to access this feature.
To configure, follow these steps in your StatusHub control panel:
1. Click on “Settings” at the top of StatusHub main dashboard and select the tab “SAML 2.0” from the left menu.
2. Save the UUID visible “SSO URL” field. Example UUID:
“91189a2d-aa85-4c07-b552-941047d079fd”
In Okta Control Panel
- Go to “Admin” → “Applications” → “Applications”.
- Click on “Add Application”.
- Find “StatusHub Admin SAML” application and add it.
- Follow-up with Okta app configuration as with any other app.
- Go to the “Sign On” tab and click on “Edit” button.
- Paste “account UUID” saved before as “Customer ID” value.
- Select “Email” as “Application username format”.
- Click on the green button “Save” to save changes.
- Click on the “Identity Provider metadata” blue link (below “View Setup Instructions” button) and copy the XML content.
In StatusHub Control Panel
Go back to StatusHub Control Panel. From StatusHub main dashboard, click on “Settings” and then from the left menu select the tab “SAML 2.0”. Then, do the following:
1. Paste copied XML content in previous step into “SAML 2.0 IdP metadata in XML format” field in StatusHub.
2. Switch the button right below the title “SAML 2.0 access” to Enabled.
3. Configure SAML settings depending on your preferences.
4. Click on the blue button “Update” to save the configuration.
A green confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.
