StatusHub is built with three methods to restrict access to your StatusHub:
- Using SAML 2.0
- Using OAuth (Google)
- Setting password protection* for your status page
- Using IP Whitelisting
* StatusHub recommends that you use a strong password. A strong password includes Numbers, Symbols, Capital Letters, and Lower-Case Letters:
- Use a mix of different types of characters to make the password harder to crack
- Isn't a Dictionary Word or Combination of Dictionary Words: Stay away from obvious dictionary words and combinations of dictionary words. Any word on its own is bad
- Is at least 12 characters long
You can change your StatusHub access restrictions within the "Edit Status Site" option for your StatusHub
By clicking on "Restricted Access" on the left menu, you can set a password or implement OAuth, Set up SAML 2.0 or IP Whitelisting:
