To help make your usage of StatusHub more efficient you can create incident templates to use as a starting point for creating new incidents.

Each incident template consists of a title, a message body and an incident status.
To help get you started, we have created two sample templates. Feel free to overwrite or delete these as needed.
To get the maximum benefit from the incident templates, we advise creating templates from common incidents. For example, if you know one of your services has an outage every few weeks, it would make sense to create an incident template around that.
Using Incident Templates
Incident templates can be used in just a few clicks when creating a new incident.
Choose your incident template from the dropdown.
Once you are happy you have selected the correct template click "Insert" to populate the fields.
Before you hit "Create Incident" be sure to select the group and service the incident is affecting, you will also need to select the current status of the affected service.
