If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can reset it from the account login form via: app.statushub.io
Next, click on the Forgot your password? link located at the bottom left of the form to get started with the reset process.
Enter the Email for your StatusHub account and then click on Reset password. An email will be sent to the address on file for your StatusHub account.
The following message will be provided to show that the email has been sent. Be certain to check for the email and follow the required password reset steps.
The password reset email will appear similar to what is shown below. To reset your password, first click on the Change my password link within the body of the email message.
Enter your new password in both fields New Password and Password Confirmation. For a password to be accepted, it must be at least 6 characters. Click Change password once finished. You will be automatically logged in and directed to the dashboard.
